Athenex to Build Two Manufacturing Plants in Chongqing

Athenex, a specialty oncology pharmaceutical company in the US previously named Kinex, signed an agreement with the Banan District in Chongqing to construct two separate pharmaceutical manufacturing plants on Banan sites. Banan will provide the funding for the land and construction of the manufacturing plants and Athenex will equip and operate the facilities. In addition, the agreement established a framework for a translational medicine collaboration with an existing Athenex R&D partner, the Polytechnic University of Hong Kong. More details....
