Bohai Pharma Announces $1.9 Million Financing

Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group raised $1.87 million by placing 748,382 unregistered shares of common stock at $2.50 per share, a 23% premium to the previous closing price. Apparently, no M&A activity is planned, as the company said it would use the funds for internal R&D. More details....
