Sichuan Kelun Pharma will purchase Guangdong Qingfa Pharmaceutical for a total of 148 million RMB ($22.3 million). The price consists of 24 million RMB ($3.6 million) for the company and 124 million RMB ($18.7 million) for repayment of debt.
