Wise Sky (Hong Kong) Limited formally said it was “disappointed” by the decision of Emergent BioSolutions to forego marketing its anthrax vaccine, BioThrax®, in China. In June 2009, the two companies signed an exclusive marketing agreement for China, enlisting Wise Sky to seek government contracts and conduct other product promotions for the vaccine.
