Huiheng Acquires Breast Brachytherapy System

Huiheng Medical, a company that makes radiation equipment for the treatment of cancer, has agreed to buy Portola Medical, Inc. Portola owns the global rights to manufacture and market the ClearPath™ breast brachytherapy system. Huiheng plans to market the device in China as well as the rest of the world.
