AMDL Hopes to Spin-Off Jade Subsidiary to GEM Exchange

AMDL Inc. plans to monetize its China operations, probably by spinning off Jade Pharmaceuticals and its primary operating subsidiary, Jiangxi Bio-Chemical Pharmacy Company (JJB). AMDL hopes to finalize one or more equity private placements in JJB during the third and fourth quarters of 2009 and then list JPI/JJB on the Growth Enterprise Market in Shenzhen during the first half of 2010.
