Hualan Biological Bacterin of Beijing has struck an H1N1 flu vaccine deal with Gulf Pharmaceutical Industries, also known as Julphar. Julphar, located in Ras Al Khaimah, is the largest pharmaceutical company in the United Arab Emirates.
