AMDL, Inc. has signed a letter of intent to acquire a China-based drug distributor, Sichuan ZhiTong Pharmaceutical, Ltd. (SZP). The two companies will retain an independent business valuation company to determine the price. SZP is a privately-held pharmaceutical distribution company.
