Bio-Bridge Raises $2.8 Million for Vaccine Development

Bio-Bridge Science, Inc. netted $2.8 million in a private placement, which it will use to further development of its vaccine technology in China. A $400,000 payment was made at closing, and the balance of the investment will be made available in monthly installments. Mr. Trevor Roy, a director of Bio-Bridge, purchased $2.5 million of the offering indirectly. More details...
