US Headquartered Company has Labs in South Korea and China -- Chemizon, a US-headquartered company that provides drug discovery services, has engineered a reverse merger with a Korean company called Optomagic. Optomagic manufactures fiber optic cable, but it plans to sell off its operations to Taihan Electric Wire Co., Ltd., a major shareholder, immediately after the reverse merger takes place.
