HanxBio Approved to Start US Trials of anti-CD47/PD-1 for Lymphoma

Hangzhou Hanx Biopharma (HanxBio) will start US trials of its first-in-class recombinant anti-CD47/PD-1 bispecific antibody in patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma. This Phase IB/II trial of HX009 will enroll patients who have failed standard therapy. The candidate has been tested in Australia and China in both solid tumor and lymphoma indications. Hanx is a global biopharma that develops innovative immune-oncology antibody drugs. The company has partnered another PD-1 candidate, HX008, with Lepu Pharma. One year ago, HX008 was approved in China to treat advanced solid tumors with defective mismatched repair genes. More details....
