CARsgen CAR-T Approved to Start China Trials for Pancreatic Cancer

Shanghai CARsgen Therapeutics announced its CAR T-cell therapy that targets Claudin18.approved to start China trials as a postoperative adjuvant therapy for cCLDN18.2 positive pancreatic cancer (PC). CARsgen believes CT041 has the potential to be the first-in-class globally. The candidate targets CLDN18.2 positive solid tumors with a primary focus on gastric cancer/gastroesophageal junction cancer (GC/GEJ) and PC. CARsgen, a Shanghai-North Carolina company, focused on novel CAR T-cell therapies for hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. More details....
