NeoStem Announces Two China M&A Transactions

NeoStem, Inc., a New York, NY company engaged in adult stem cell collection and storage, announced two M&A transactions, both involving China-based companies, that will diversify its business plan. The acquisitions follow a $1.25 million private placement in NeoStem from RimAsia Capital Partners, a pan-Asia private equity firm, which was completed in September. NeoStem acquired a company that offers regenerative medicine therapies and also took a 51% position in China Biopharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc., a company with $50 million in revenues.  More details...
