Rumors Resurface at Bio-Forum 2007 Outsourcing powerhouse WuXi PharmaTech is once again rumored to be on the verge of announcing its IPO. The rumors surfaced at the 9th Shanghai International Forum on Biotechnology and Pharmacy (Bio-Forum 2007) held this week, where our Executive Editor, Greg Scott, was an invited speaker.The Shanghai-based company has been a huge success story right from the outset of its 2001 startup, now boasting 1,550 scientific staff members and over 2,000 employees overall.
