Two Shanghai CROs Join Forces

Sundia MediTech and Shanghai United PharmaTech Agree to Merge -- Shortly after joining together in an alliance, two Shanghai-based CROs (contract research organizations) have decided that an even closer union is the best alternative, and they have announced plans to merge. Sundia MediTech (Shanghai) Company Ltd. and Shanghai United PharmaTech Ltd. will form one company, both of them becoming subsidiaries of Sundia Investment Group, a holding company located in the British Virgin Islands that already is the corporate parent of Sundia MediTech.
