Jointown Pharma and 360buy.com to Form Online China Pharmacy

Jointown Pharmaceutical Group and 360buy.com expect to form a joint venture that will offer online sales of pharmaceuticals directly to consumers. Jointown is the third largest distributor of drugs inside China, and 360buy.com is China’s largest e-commerce business. An insider said the JV will be funded with 10 million RMB ($1.5 million) in initial capital. More details....
