China to Earmark $761 Million to Upgrade API Makers

The PRC is drawing up a plan to invest 5 billion RMB ($761 million) in API manufacturers, with the goal of raising the country’s export value of API products by $4 billion. The plan remains unofficial at the moment, though the Shanghai Securities News reports it will be released in the first half of 2011. More details....
