Fosun Pharma to Buy Majority Stake in Hongqi Pharma

Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical will acquire a 70% stake in Shenyang Hongqi Pharmaceutical, a company focused on tuberculosis treatments. Fosun will attempt to increase penetration of Hongqi’s TB drugs in the international market. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. More details....
