Power Capital Co., Ltd. and a fund of funds in Jilin Province, Northeast China have established a 200 million RMB ($30 million) venture capital fund that will invest in pharmaceutical companies in Jilin. Power Capital also plans to set up a parallel fund for M&A and reorganization of the province's pharmaceutical resources. More details...
