Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation has established a 70-30 joint venture in China with Hebei Huaxing Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. to develop AF-01 as a veterinary preventative for avian flu and other viral diseases. The new JV will be called Hebei Kiwa Huaxing Bio-Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. AF-01 will be developed as an aerosol broad-spectrum anti-viral that can be applied in fowl houses and other animal holding facilities to prevent the spread of virus-caused diseases. More details...
