China YCT International Group Inc. (OTCBB: CYIG) announced an unusually complex agreement between its China subsidiary, Shandong Spring Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, and a second company with which it shares some history, Shandong Yong Chun Tang Bioengineering Co.
