Topsun Technology (SHA: 600771) said its agreement with Bayer AG of Germany (XE: 575200) has expired. On October 25, 2006, Bayer agreed to pay 1.072 billion RMB (currently equivalent to $146 million) for the White and Black Brand of OTC drugs from Topsun, which includes three cold remedies: Bai Jia Hei, Xiao Bai, and Xin Li.
