AMEX-listed Special Acquisition Corporation Makes Deal for Chinese Pharma -- Shanghai Century Acquisition Corporation (SHA), a special-purpose acquisition company, or SPAC, listed on the American Stock Exchange, reached an agreement to buy Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
